I was invited to participate in the Fresh Start art show this February. It is an exciting one-night sale of paintings, works on paper, and photography to benefit therapeutic art programs for at-risk youth. 50% of art sales go to the charity Para los Niños, so it should be a pretty awesome night. There will be food and drinks etc. I will have more info soon, but for now check out their website here. (They still have the site for last year’s event up, but I am sure that will change soon.)

The Pop of Colors opens tomorrow, and we just got a little write up on Beautiful/Decay. I guess it helps that the magazine’s founder Amir is in the show. You can check it here.

The show is going up right now. Just swung by and took a couple quick pictures of the work in progress. It’s looking pretty good so far.

Been quiet on the blog front for awhile, but I have been busy working on some new stuff. I have a new show coming up in October. Should be a great show, there are some really great artists on board. More updates soon.

Last night was the opening of the POVevolving Anniversary Group Show. It was a great night. A ton of people came out. And the icing on the cake was a performance by a four piece ensemble that played in the center of the gallery. Here are a few pics of the evening.

These are a little late in coming, but here are a few images from the opening of the Wanderlust 333 exhibition in England.

The group show that I’m in opens this Saturday. It is the one year anniversary show for POVevolving gallery and features a bunch of great artists. It should be really cool. Also it’s the Chinatown artwalk Saturday night, so there should be a lot to do and see. You can check out a partial show preview here.
